This home comfortably sleeps ten guests.

During Football Season and Graduation:
The home leases for $1000/night with a two-night minimum; third night plus, reduced by $200.
First night’s rental is required as a deposit to confirm your reservation.

Non-Football/Graduation Weekends:
The home leases for $800/night, with an $800 deposit to confirm.

For ALL Rentals:
Balance of confirmed rental and $200 cleaning fee are due IN FULL thirty days prior to arrival, at which time you will receive a welcome letter with detailed information about your stay and lockbox information. 

PLEASE NOTE:
This is a No Smoking and No Pets property, and parties are prohibited.
(No additional guests permitted outside of persons indicated on your rental agreement, UNLESS pre-approved by the landlord/owner). With special permission, in the past, bridesmaid luncheons, showers, and a breakfast for out of town guests have been held in the garden. Please ask for details.
